One tree
Groups the repositories and worktrees in a connected folder by their git relationships, and opens and edits documents outside the repositories in the same tree.
An ADE and a git client are enough to develop with an agent. The awkward part is the design notes and work logs you keep outside the repository so they don’t pollute it. An ADE’s file explorer usually shows only the repository or worktree you are working in, so you end up opening an editor and a notes app side by side just to read them.
Giving an agent a work plan and rules also means building your own harness, and that harness clashes with the one you already use. Belloga puts the repositories, worktrees and documents in a connected folder into one tree, and layers the work plan and rules on top as a harness.

Agent terminals
Opens a terminal per worktree and shows in the sidebar whether each Claude Code session is working or waiting for approval.
Belloga harness
Keeps a work plan per branch and feeds the plan and rules to sessions. It never edits your own harness.
Review and commit
Read diffs, stage by file or hunk, and commit and push without leaving the app.
